Alice Springs, the centre of greatness
We love our town but it might be the hardest place in Australia to make beer. Not because people aren't thirsty for locally sourced beer but Australia is huge and we're isolated right in the centre of it.
Think of a challenge and we've dealt with it - huge freight costs, hard water, covid, skills shortage, construction delays, permit issues. Without the incredible support of the Alice Springs & NT community, it would never have happened. You've helped us reach the centre of greatness.
Since opening in 2018, each year has had it's own challenges but we've grown year upon year. Our brewpub underwent a major renovation in 2023 and is now better than ever. We've been recognised for our beer making skills by picking up numerous awards in national and international competitions. But probably what we're most proud of is locals can now drink beer from the source, the main reason we started this crazy journey.

We make not quite beers too
For those who don't like beer (maybe you haven't tried ours...) or for when you don't feel like a beer (those days happen...) we created a few not quite beers we call our Oh! range. It includes our extremely popular Oh! Ginger Beer and a hard lemonade, Oh! Lé Mon.

Nothing better than fresh beer, from the tanks, poured on tap, served up cold. That's what we do in our Brewpub. Open daily, serving tap beer, a fully stocked bar, cocktails, non-beer and non-alc options, plus a full food menu.
Hang out inside in the aircon or take it easy outdoors in our beer garden. And don't miss our almost daily food specials and fun, family friendly stuff like - Open Mic & Wings on Wednesdays, Trivia on Thursdays and Live Music on Sundays.
